Available courses
Each training is mandatory and must be completed by all VBB staff and volunteers. Following the links provided, staff and volunteers will complete the required trainings to receive a certificate. Training will not be viewed as complete until all slides have been viewed and activities met. These will be reviewed by reporting supervisors and repeated on an annual basis.
Leading a trip abroad comes with many obstacles. This training will outline what is expected as a World Coordinator, how to plan, how to lead, and how to work with the villages we serve alongside. The training follows a year long timeline, with certain assignments do every month or so to ensure trip planning and volunteer recruitment are moving steadily along in order to minimize and obstacles upon departure.

This 7 week training will prepare Abroad Interns as they approach their trip abroad. It will cover responsibilities, internship timeline, weekend adventures, hospitality, super hero complex, and many more interesting and vital topics to make the internship a success!
